Neutralizing Violence … your prayer can make a difference! Come and hear how a change in perspective through prayer can eradicate even the most entrenched and seemingly incurable conditions. Ron Ballard* CSB 7:30 pm Thurs., April 15 Plaza Room, Plaza 500 Hotel 500 West 12th Ave. at Cambie Vancouver Whether it’s sectarian violence in the Middle East, natural disasters, corrosive relationships or the ravages of disease like AIDS, solutions can be found through the dynamics of prayer. This lecture explores the nature of prayer as the spiritual understanding of how God governs His creation and expresses that government in ways that meet collective needs. Drawing on the personal experience of the lecturer in politics and in the healing ministry of Christian Science, the lecture speaks to the concern in human thought that some situations just defy solution and at times seem hopeless. This lecture addresses what underlies these worldwide challenges and specifically how prayer can resolve them. Think Healthy! Change your thinking ... improve your health!
